Steve Anthony Herrera
Principal, Marketing & Revenue

Steve joined SEBA Executive Search in 2009 and co-leads the Marketing & Revenue practice. He has 20 years of executive search experience within the technology, consumer goods, and financial services industries.

Steve's expertise includes recruiting marketing, sales, and business development executives. He is actively involved in senior leadership recruitment for venture capital backed startups, private equity portfolio companies, and global publicly traded enterprises, primarily within the technology arena.

Before joining SEBA Executive Search, Steve was a Director and one of the founding team members in building out a retained executive search practice for S3, an international IT staffing firm. In addition, he has worked as a senior executive recruiter within boutique firms, including Howard Sloan, and The Landstone Group, where he mentored recruiters new to the industry.

At the start of his career, Steve held various MIS management roles, including serving as the Director of Operations & Technology for one of the Estee Lauder companies. He later co-founded and successfully sold a boutique system integration consulting firm serving small and medium-sized businesses within the Northeastern U.S. region.

Steve is an active supporter of The Fresh Air Fund and Make-a-Wish foundation, organizations that provide kids experiences they would otherwise never be able to access.
